How long will it take for my order to ship?
Order's ship on Tuesday's and Friday's every week. Orders need to be placed by 5:00 pm PST on Monday's and Thursday's in order to ship the following day. If an order is not placed before the set time your order will ship out on the next shipping day. For example if an order is placed Tuesday morning your order will ship on Friday.
Orders will typically ship between 1-3 business days.*Busy holiday season may be slightly longer.*
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, for orders in the US. Please email me at allthatshimmerzzz@gmail.com with your order number and concern within 5 days of delivery and ship back the item (items) within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure proper packaging and please send me the tracking number of the returned items. Gifts with your purchase must be returned as well. If the item is not received in the original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. After the item(s) have been received in their original condition I will issue a refund for the item(s).

Please make sure before purchasing that your address is correct. If you accidentally put a wrong address please contact me immediately. I tend to ship very quickly and if I do not know it's likely your order will be sent out to the address given. If the order does ship out to the wrong address, please contact your local post office to see how they can help!
-If a package comes back to me due to an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage again.
My package says it's delivered but it isn't here. Now what?
Please check your order to make sure you entered the correct address. It could have been shipped to a previous address. Or, make sure that no one has grabbed your mail- like a family member, etc. and forgot to tell you. Also your package could possibly say delivered but is actually still on the truck. If concerned please call your local post office.
Lost/Stolen packages
Once my local post office has scanned your package and has it in their possession I cannot be held responsible for any mishaps. If the package says delivered but is not at your home, or is truly missing after waiting, please contact your local post office. Please contact me (Allthatshimmerzzz@gmail.com with your order number) as well to see if I am able to assist. An insurance claim may need to be filed.
**If you're worried about this before placing an order, please select priority mail. It has a better tracking system and comes with $100 free insurance.**
